Delivery by poste. The shipping cost is shown when you move the items you want to the shopping cart and you go to checkout. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation with an e-mail that will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. How to order
The products are ordered online by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online store. All customer information is handled confidentially. Order and payment confirmation
After a successful subscription, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending a verification message requires an e-mail address when ordering.
Delivery method and costs
The shipping costs of your order will be visible after you have chosen the payment and delivery method. We ship orders by registered post (eg postal packages) or unlisted deliveries, from which uploaded items can be tracked with the shipping code.
Our most common delivery time to Finland is 7-14 days depending on the order and delivery method. Detailed times are indicated with product alternatives. We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays. Exceptional delivery times are announced on the e-commerce front page.
Exchange and return conditions
ou have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to change or refund your whole or part of your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The right to return applies only to unused and merchantable goods in the original packaging.
When returning the submitted order, include your customer number / name and contact information and your account number for refunding your money.

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must notify the parties within 14 days of the Exchange and Return Terms. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately returned to the post office.
